What the same price buys in different months
The baroque exhibition runs 20 March to 1 November. The castle then shuts completely from 2 to 19 November. From 20 November to 28 February the building holds the Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel exhibition — Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella — at the same admission price, and while that is on, the baroque rooms are not part of the visit. So the ticket is a fixed amount of money for a variable building. Somebody who books a February morning to stand in front of the feather bed has bought the wrong month and nobody sold them anything wrongly; the ticket was always the same ticket. The combined tickets, and when they are worth it
Two combinations exist. The castle with the Fasanenschlösschen costs less than the two bought separately, but only works between the end of April and 1 November, only Thursday to Sunday, and only if you can hold one of three guided-tour slots, because the Little Pheasant Castle cannot be walked into. The castle with the Käthe Kollwitz Haus is the other. A group of fifteen or more drops to the reduced rate a head.
The HistoPad comes with the baroque ticket and not with the winter one, because the winter exhibition is a different show in the same rooms. If a tablet is the reason you are coming, come before 1 November. What is actually on display.
